Make a Claim

In case of the misfortune of having a claim whilst abroad, we will be there to assist you when you need us.  

Please find following the list of documents which should be presented in the event of a claim:  

Damage to luggage, delay of luggage, lost luggage and damage to items:

  • Original tickets or e-tickets or travel itinerary
  • Luggage tags
  • Boarding passes
  • Property Irregularity Report - in case of damage to luggage
  • Delay Delivery Report – in case of delay of luggage
  • Airline Declaration of Lost luggage – in case the luggage is lost
  • Original receipts or list of items damaged or missing from luggage
  • Keep the damaged luggage as we may ask for it

Stolen or lost items or money:

  • Original tickets or e-tickets or travel itinerary
  • Police report
  • Original receipts of stolen or lost item/s
  • Proof of ownership of missing items (such as receipts, guarantees, chargers, manuals, boxes and the like)

Cancellation of flight:

  • Original tickets or e-tickets or travel itinerary
  • Detailed medical report if the journey is cancelled due to health reasons
  • Invoices or receipts of all prepaid expenses
  • Notify immediately the travel agent/ticket issuing office, to apply for refund of taxes and surcharges from airline

Medical expenses:

  • Medical report
  • Original related receipts

Delays:

  • Original tickets or e-tickets or travel itinerary
  • Original confirmation of delay from airline
