Please find following the list of documents which should be presented in the event of a claim:
Damage to luggage, delay of luggage, lost luggage and damage to items: - Original tickets or e-tickets or travel itinerary
- Luggage tags
- Boarding passes
- Property Irregularity Report - in case of damage to luggage
- Delay Delivery Report – in case of delay of luggage
- Airline Declaration of Lost luggage – in case the luggage is lost
- Original receipts or list of items damaged or missing from luggage
- Keep the damaged luggage as we may ask for it
Stolen or lost items or money: - Original tickets or e-tickets or travel itinerary
- Police report
- Original receipts of stolen or lost item/s
- Proof of ownership of missing items (such as receipts, guarantees, chargers, manuals, boxes and the like)
Cancellation of flight:- Original tickets or e-tickets or travel itinerary
- Detailed medical report if the journey is cancelled due to health reasons
- Invoices or receipts of all prepaid expenses
- Notify immediately the travel agent/ticket issuing office, to apply for refund of taxes and surcharges from airline
Medical expenses:- Medical report
- Original related receipts
Delays:- Original tickets or e-tickets or travel itinerary
- Original confirmation of delay from airline
