- A marketing strategy that embraces branding - The values of the Elmo brand convey integrity and understanding, financial strength, long-term stability, versatility and accessibility. A variety of methods will be used including advertising (press, publications and signage), public relations (press releases, seminars, meetings, visits to customers), and the Internet.
- Product Range - Elmo Insurance is a customer driven company and will thus respond to their needs.
